Your Laspay account type determines your daily and monthly transaction limits. Based on your KYC (Know Your Customer) level, the limits for fund transfers, withdrawals, and deposits may vary. You can check your account type and applicable limits within the Laspay mobile app under “Account Settings”.
If you lose your phone, your Laspay account remains secure. Immediately contact Laspay customer support to temporarily block access. Once your SIM is reissued, you can safely log in again using your registered mobile number and PIN on your new device.
